The Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Handel is the industry-specific point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the retail and wholesale sectors in Germany for all questions related to digitalization, artificial intelligence, and AI readiness. With practical examples and digitalization offerings such as experience spaces, the DigitalMobil Handel, check-ups, informational materials, workshops, company consultations, and more, the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Handel addresses and answers individual questions concerning the digital transformation of the retail sector.
