This activity aims at establishing the communication architecture of a potential, future CREAM (Collision Risk Estimation and Automated Mitigation) system. It shall develop a framework which allows simulating, testing, assessing, and validating the avoidance manoeuvre coordination and associated data exchange between spacecraft operators and between operators and data providers. CREAM is a cornerstone activity within ESA’s Space Safety Programme.
