[Rock-dev] Help needed: improve jenkins error reporting

Might it perhaps allready help to given an
retry option to autoproj. What I mean is
in case of an checkout error try to check out
multiple times...

P.S.: Yes I know, this is bad behavior as it generates even more load on the
server etc.
