The best way to get a more precise idea of what this tutorial is like is to look at the following document:

Because of copyright restrictions (not to mention the sheer size of the file), it is not possible to make the complete tutorial notes available on the web.

But the excerpts provide:

• the complete overview and introduction;
• tables of contents listing all of the slides; and
• for each of the 6 major sections of the tutorial, the slides for 1 representative subsection.

The excerpts can be either printed or viewed online.

There are of course some abrupt transitions between the various subsections included. Also, some of the hyperlinks (e.g., in the tables of contents) will not work in the normal way.
